#94 Sininen Vyö

Alliance BJJ:n sivuilla on tekniikkavaatimukset eri värivöille. Pähkäilin omaa työkalupakkiani tuota vasten ja muutamia puutteita löytyi.. Merkkasin punaisella mistä ei ole mitään hajua ja sulkuihin ne mitkä osaan ainakin jotenkin.

Throws and Takedowns
One leg throw (Mikäköhän tämä on?? )
Two hip throws - (Normaali lonkkaheitto ja kainalon alta lonkkaheitto)
Two double legs (normaali ja sitten se missä kampataan)
One single leg (etujalkaan ja takajalkaan)

Passing the Guard
